To edit this page simply login to the control panel, click the Website Content tab and choose the View Web Pages option. Click Edit next to the Shipping & Returns page and you can change this text. A sample returns policy is shown below which you can edit as needed.
- You must call us (866-631-8518) for an RMA# before making any return!
- All returns made to Elite Diesel Engineering must be in the original box with all parts included.
- All returns must be sent with a copy of the original receipt, explanation of the problem and RMA#.
- All returns for full credit must be received by Elite Diesel Engineering within 30 days of the product being received by the customer. (determined by UPS Tracking info)
- Customer is responsible for all shipping costs on returned merchandise.
- Products that are returned must be inspected by Elite Diesel Engineering or the product's manufacturer before any credit will be given. Credit will be issued after the product and its contents are inspected and found to be in brand new condition as shipped to the buyer.
- Products may carry a restocking fee of 5%-40% on returns, this includes but is not limited to special order, direct shipment and/or the manufacturers return policy. Elite Diesel Engineering reserves the right to charge a restocking fee on any product being returned.
- Shipments refused by you the customer and returned back to Elite Diesel Engineering will carry an automatic 10-20% restocking fee deducted from the total credit owed. This fee is also subject to the manufacturer's return policies.
Some Circumstances in which credit will not be issued but not limited to:
- Product has been installed and/or used
- Product has been damaged from an attempt to be installed and/or used
- Product is shipped back with out original box, manual and/or parts
- Seal on electrical parts is broken
- Product serial number does not match that of which was original shipped to buyer
- Product is deemed not re-sellable by Elite Diesel Engineering due to customers own actions in dealing with the product

We ship via UPS. It is our policy to only ship to the destinations in the US and Canada. Shipping to other countries will require other arrangements. It is our goal to ship orders the same day we receive them, however, expect 1-3 business days. Items which are back ordered, special order, or custom built will be shipped as soon as they are available.
We try to keep as many products in stock as possible, and those products can be expected to be received 1-6 business days after shipment, depending on your location relative to our Pueblo West, CO facility. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground service unless other arrangements are made.
Expedited shipping is available at the additional expense to the customer. Note: We request signature confirmation on our shipments, please make sure there will be someone available at the shipping destination, or make other arrangements with us. If you have any questions about our shipping policies, please give us a call.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
